Please read these terms carefully before exploring our shop, ordering single-use sachets, or starting a subscription. By accessing or using Poop Up, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
- You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Poop Up website solely for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.
- You may place orders for our single-use toilet cleaning powder sachets, manage subscription preferences, and submit genuine customer reviews and inquiries.
- Account credentials created on our platform must be maintained securely. You remain responsible for all activities occurring under your authenticated session.
- Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or data harvesting tools to extract pricing, formulation data, product catalogs, or imagery from the website.

- Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, modification, or public display of any website assets will result in immediate termination of account access and appropriate legal remedies.

- You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or post fraudulent ratings or misleading promotional links.

- Poop Up provides the website, powder sachets, and digital materials on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Our cleaning powder sachets are designed strictly for household toilet bowl maintenance according to on-package instructions. Poop Up is not liable for damages caused by misuse, off-label application, or plumbing anomalies.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poop Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from website use or product purchases.

- By tagging @PoopUp or posting customer reviews, you grant Poop Up a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to feature your media on our website and social channels.
- You verify that you own the rights to all submitted photos, cleaning videos, and feedback without infringing on third-party privacy.
- Poop Up reserves the right to moderate, curate, or remove reviews containing inappropriate language, false claims, or spam.
- Do not decompile, reverse-engineer, automated-scrape, or harvest proprietary data from our digital storefront.
- Do not use our visual media, scent profiles, or packaging imagery to market competing toilet cleaning or chemical powder products.
- Commercial reselling or unauthorized repackaging of single-use sachets on third-party marketplaces without distributor agreement is prohibited.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
We strive to make every interaction with Poop Up straightforward and pleasant. If a disagreement ever happens, here is the clear and fair procedure we follow.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact our support team in writing with a brief summary of the issue. We will review your concern and work in good faith to reach a fair settlement within 30 days.
These terms and all matters arising out of your purchase of Poop Up sachets and accessories are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If informal resolution does not resolve the issue within 30 days, any remaining claim will be settled through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You and Poop Up mutually agree that all claims must be brought strictly in each party's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any purported class action.
Small Claims Option
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the dispute qualifies under local statutory limits.
Statute of Limitations
Any claim related to product purchases or website use must be filed within one calendar year after the claim arose.
Severability
If any arbitration clause or jurisdiction rule is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms remains fully valid.

Order & Pricing Terms

Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Poop Up reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We strive to display accurate pricing and product descriptions at all times. However, typographical errors, system glitches, or pricing discrepancies may occasionally occur. If a Poop Up product or subscription is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that item.
When purchasing a recurring subscription plan (such as monthly or bi-monthly refill sachets), you authorize Poop Up to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
All prices are quoted in USD unless explicitly indicated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized third-party checkout processors. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and added automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Poop Up cleaning sachets are formulated specifically for standard glazed porcelain toilet bowls and approved septic tanks. We disclaim all liability for discoloration, etching, chemical reactions, or structural damage resulting from application on non-vitreous surfaces (including natural marble, stone, unsealed composites, cast iron, or metals). Users must follow instructions and avoid mixing sachets with bleach, strong acids, or other toilet cleaning agents.
Subscription deliveries and individual orders are dispatched per our stated fulfillment timelines. However, delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be unconditionally guaranteed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply interruptions. In the event of stock shortages, Poop Up reserves the right to deliver equivalent scent variations upon prior email notification or issue prompt store credit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Poop Up, its parent entity, directors, or suppliers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website usage or product handling. Our aggregate total liability for any verified claim shall strictly not exceed the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the dispute.

Keep sealed sachets out of reach of children and domestic animals. In case of accidental ingestion or eye contact, immediately contact regional poison control.
Septic System Verification
While our active effervescent formula is fully biodegradable, homes with specialized anaerobic holding tanks should verify compatibility with their system technician.
Regulatory Compliance

Subscription Terms & Recurring Policy

1. Subscription & Recurring Billing
By selecting a subscription option on Poop Up sachet bundles, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your stored payment method at the frequency chosen during checkout (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).
Your initial order processes immediately upon checkout. Subsequent renewal orders will be charged automatically on the anniversary date of your selected frequency until you pause or cancel.
All recurring subscription prices reflect an instant discount off individual retail pricing. If base product prices change, you will receive advance notice via email at least 14 days before your next charge.
2. Modifying Your Scent & Frequency
You have complete control over your subscription box contents. You may update your scent preferences (Ocean Breeze, Citrus, or Floral) and adjust your delivery frequency at any time before your upcoming billing date.
Modifications submitted after an order has already been processed or dispatched will take effect on the following scheduled renewal cycle.
3. Cancellation & Pause Rights
There are no minimum commitment periods or cancellation fees. You may pause, skip an upcoming delivery, or permanently cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
To cancel or pause, simply log in to your Poop Up account dashboard and click 'Manage Subscriptions' or contact our support team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled charge date to avoid processing of that cycle.
If a renewal charge has already been processed and the package has entered fulfillment, our standard 30-Day Happiness Guarantee and Return Policy will apply.
4. Failed Payments & Account Retries
If a recurring payment fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or bank decline, our system will attempt to retry the charge 3 times over a 7-day period.
We will notify you immediately by email so you can safely update your payment details. If payment cannot be completed within 7 days, the active subscription will be temporarily paused until details are resolved.
5. Policy Updates & Terms Changes
Poop Up reserves the right to make operational improvements, clarify rules, or update subscription benefits. Any material changes to renewal terms or pricing will be communicated via email at least two weeks before implementation.
Continued participation in the subscription program following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
